Corporate event photos
your whole team actually shares
Every attendee's phone becomes a branded event camera. Scan a QR code, shoot with six film looks, and collect one album from your holiday party, conference, or offsite — no app, no IT setup.
Why corporate event photos never make it back
Your corporate event is a blur of handshakes, presentations, and networking. A hired photographer nails the keynote and the group shot. But the team bonding at happy hour, the booth photos on the conference floor, the spontaneous laughter during the breakout session — those happen across the room, on fifty different phones.
The usual fixes fail in predictable ways. Ask people to upload to a shared drive and they won't — downloading, resizing, renaming, and uploading is too much friction for a busy professional. Rent a photo booth and you're paying $500–800 for a few hours of floor space and a line. The candid moments stay scattered across camera rolls, and the company never sees them.
A guest camera your IT team will love
Create the event, set the attendee count, and pick a reveal time. Print the QR code on signage at the entrance, the bar, and the networking areas. That's the entire deployment — no app to distribute, no MDM, no accounts to provision, no vendor to schedule.
Attendees scan, allow camera access, and shoot with one of six film looks — Original, Classic Film, Mono Chrome, Vintage, Instant, or Cinematic. Photos save instantly to the event album, and on Premium and above, guest tags track who shot what.
Scale is straightforward too. The free tier covers up to 5 attendees — perfect for a small team lunch or a pilot run. When the guest list grows, you move up a plan without changing how anything works: same QR code, same camera, same album. The only differences are the per-guest shot limit and how long the photos stay available.
The album reveals at your chosen time, and everyone has one place to find the whole event. Event+ plans keep the album for 90 days — long enough to pull photos for internal newsletters, recaps, and social.
Built for the way companies run events
Holiday parties and happy hours. Every table becomes a photo station. The album fills with candids that make great material for internal communications.
Conferences and trade shows. Display the QR code at your booth. Attendees scan, shoot, and the album becomes a curated collection of your event's energy — with guest tags to identify engaged visitors.
Team-building offsites. Capture the trust falls, the escape-room selfies, and the group lunches that build culture — the moments no agenda item covers.
Product launches. Let attendees capture the event from their own perspective. With permission, the album becomes authentic user-generated content you can reshare.
Whatever the format, the setup stays the same: one QR code, one album, zero onboarding. New hires don't need training, vendors don't need accounts, and nobody has to remember a link at the end of the night. The photos are already sitting in the event album before the last attendee walks out the door.
Better than a photo booth, better than a shared drive
A photo booth costs $500–800, needs 6×6 feet of floor space, needs power and Wi-Fi, and lets one attendee shoot at a time while colleagues wait in line. A shared drive needs accounts, training, and a volunteer to police the upload folder.
flshbckz works on cellular data with zero footprint. Every attendee shoots simultaneously from their own seat, and the album arrives already organized, with film looks applied and guest tags on Premium and above. No prints to lose, no uploads to chase, no hardware to return.
For teams, it's the difference between an event you document and an event you keep.
Common questions
What does it cost?
flshbckz is free for up to 5 attendees (10 shots each, 24-hour album). Standard is $1.99 for 10 or $4.99 for 25, with 24 shots per guest and a 7-day album. Premium is $12.99 for 50 or $19.99 for 100, with 36 shots and a 30-day album. Event+ is $39.99 for 150 or $59.99 for 200 attendees, with 50 shots and a 90-day album. You pay per event — no subscription, no per-seat license.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. Attendees scan the QR code with their phone camera and the flshbckz viewfinder opens in their browser. No app store, no accounts, no IT rollout, no procurement approval. It works on any modern smartphone.
How long do we keep the photos?
It depends on your plan. Free events keep the album for 24 hours, Standard for 7 days, Premium for 30 days, and Event+ for 90 days. That 90-day window on Event+ gives your comms team plenty of time to pull photos for internal newsletters and post-event recaps.
Can we see who shot what?
Yes — on Premium and above, flshbckz supports guest tags, so you know who captured which photo. That's useful for following up with attendees who grabbed great content and for spotting potential brand ambassadors at conferences.
Is the album private?
Yes. The album is tied to your event and isn't publicly listed anywhere. Only people with the event link can see it, which makes flshbckz suitable for internal holiday parties and confidential product launches alike.
Can we use it alongside a professional photographer?
Yes. Your photographer covers the keynote and the formal shots while attendees capture the candid team moments in parallel. The attendee album is a great source of organic, authentic content for internal communications and social media.
